Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy is a locally owned and operated physical therapy clinic located at 1441 Parkway Drive in Blackfoot just off I-15 in the Blackfoot Medical Center. For over 20 years, our central location has allowed us to to enjoy support from loyal and committed patients throughout Southeastern Idaho. Our clinic employs three doctors of physical therapy and three licensed physical therapy assistants, who practice in a fully equipped 2700 sq foot fitness center.

Our caring and professional staff are here to assist you with your needs with physical therapy. We have bilingual licensed personnel that can assist you in English and Spanish.
We offer many services including physical therapy with a cardiac emphasis with EKG monitoring similar to phase II cardiac rehab. in addition to post operative, worker’s compensation, balance, vestibular, strengthening and pain reduction interventions.
We have a single-level layout with comfortable private treatment rooms and a full exercise gym with resistance and cardiovascular equipment to assist you through the rehabilitation process.
