This was my first experience with physical therapy. I wasn’t comfortable with the idea of coming in after so many years of just “gutting it out.” My therapist was very professional and went above and beyond helping me understand my back issues. She also helped my understanding of the cause and consequence so I can better recognize flare-ups and potential problems. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.
